Terrible everything (except the new eye doctor lady). The service, the attitude, and when I went all the way across town to pick up my order they had locked the doors 15 minutes early before closing. This is after me telling someone on the phone I was coming. This is not a bar, you shouldn't close your doors early.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. The Store Manager, Antony Perez is very unprofessional. Instead of fixing the mistake their customer rep. made about picking up the eye glasses for my kids and I, they were not ready when I got there. He, instead gave several different excuses for their incompetence. He is rude and appeared to be clueless about his duty as the store manager. He was in such a hurry over something, he didn't even know what I was picking up at first. I will be filing a complaint to his boss. And definitely not ... read more

Went to Pearl Visions yesterday. I give them 5 stars because they have friendly staff and the doctor was very good she went over evertithing and it she was very clear about it. Don't remember her name but I go back in 2 weeks then I will do an update with her name.
I've seen Dr.Bean since I was 11 I'm now 28 I recently lost my contacts prescription from my exam I just had done 7 months ago, so I call her office only to find out she's not at Wal Mart anymore and is at Pearl Vision. I call before going to see about getting a copy of my prescription and order contacts then get there to find out my whole chart is gone and the only way to get more contacts is to have a whole new exam done which would cost me $110. Excellent experience at Pearle Vision at EastChase location yesterday. Very friendly and helpful staff. Had an appt. at 2pm, was seen promptly, Dr. Bean was extremely knowledgeable, explained my eye problems and what was available to me for making my vision better. Don't know why there are negative reviews.. This is an excellent place to go for eye exams and glasses or contacts.
Waiting for glasses a month. When you call they say the will check on it and you never get a call back. have called and talked with someone 3 times and visited the store and have not received the callback promised from any of the contacts. Even though they never provided a product was advised they never give a refund
This is the absolute WORST Pearle Vision we have EVER been to. They messed up my nephews glasses and when they fell apart 15 minutes after we picked them up there was nothing they could do. They had been checked by 2 different managers, who apparently have no idea how to do their job properly. Would NOT recommend this location to my worst enemy.
