Got our eyes examined and ordered glasses. Glasses came in, told.thwm it didn't feel right, wife's glasses the same, returned glasses and got a refund, unfortunately not for our eye exam, went to another and showed the prescription that the Dr at perle vision gave, after examining both of us,he said the reason the glasses gave is such a headache is because the prescription perle vision gave us was twice as strong as needed. Never do perle vision again and wouldn't recommend them to my worse enemy
My daughter went here for her eye exam. They charged her $75 for exam and contact lens fitting. I got my EOB and they billed $42 and got paid that amount from my insurance with us having a $0 copay. Two visits and she was never fitted for contacts.They referred her to another eye doctor. They office also told me and her different reasons for the $75 she had to pay. The eye doctor gives a thorough exam. Cheryl is a wonderful help when you need help picking out glasses!
This place has good frame selection, however that's it. The Dr's are horrible at there job and missed a major problem with my eyes. Goto Helmer Eye care, was a great experience and good people. The Dr has latest in equipment and training. Please save your money and your eyes stay away from Pearl Vision at the North Hanover Mall.
Very friendly and felt very comfortable. The most thorough eye exam I have had in years! Highly recommend!
DR Danelle McMinn was excellent. Her expertise allowed me to finally wear contacts again. I have a stigmatism that required special attention to get the prescription to correct my vision. Monovision is a bit difficult from my experience. However, Dr McMinn resolved this issue and I love wearing my contacts again.
