I have seen Dr. Sledge for since 2009. She's an excellent doctor. The office is in a very nice location, and her staff is great.
Dr. Sledge and her team do a great job taking care of my eye exam needs. Nice, clean, and professional office.
Katrina was rude and no help at all!! She argued with me and would not listen to me explain what the problem was with my glasses. She wouldn't even get the technician to come out so I could speak with him directly. Horrible customer service! Never going there again!
Excellent service! My husband and I traveled to Huston for the week and when we got here we realized he had no glasses or extra contacts. The contacts he was wearing ripped mid-day, after driving around the city we ended up here at Pearle Vision. Bobbie was super helpful in getting my husband a walk in appointment with the doctor! Great service, very clean and polite. We highly recommend!
