Mixed feelings, Dr. and staff where super friendly and helpful the day of our appointment. After two weeks one of our glasses didn’t arrive within the time frame, when I called no info other than they don’t have them was provided. The following week I get a call saying they had made a mistake and didn’t submit my order correctly so they were going to resubmit. When I called a few days later there was still no information on my order. Still waiting to hear back from them, in a few days it will be a month without the glasses.
