I had originally had a bad encounter with this store. I would like to thank the manager for reaching out to me to speak about my encounter. I went in to have my yearly checkup and worked with her. I got my my new glasses and she had my old one repaired for me. When a business reaches out to a customer as I was. I felt heard and appreciate the kindness that was offered me. Alot of businesses don't do this anymore and it's a shame they don't. Thank you very much for talking with me and helping me out.
In and out with my new prescription in 20 minutes. Dr. Nolan is very efficient.
People wee very nice and it was good to have a healthy check up! I expect nice new glasses soon!
