I waited over 1.5 hours after my appointment time, and was requested to be rescheduled since there was still one person ahead of me. Well my rescheduled appointment was never entered into the system, and they refused to see me for my rescheduled appointment. This does not even include the time that they gave my contact order to the wrong person and refuses to acknowledge that it was there mistake.
Excellent service! They treated me nicely!
Visit was for yearly exam it went quickly with no waiting around, the optometrist was very nice she explained what results she saw we discussed options and I was on my way. Friendly atmosphere from everyone there.
