Dr Jeff butcher is wonderful and my tech, Desirae, was fantastic with my fitting. She was patient, professional and funny. If you need an eye exam, glasses, contacts and/or sunglasses, this is the place to be for superior service and great prices.
I went to Pearl Vision to get glasses. They're customer service is lack luster at best. It's like you have hold their hand step by step to get any assistance.
I love my experience with pearlvision the staff was very helpful Desirae Amber Skye and amanda Jamie Alicia paige and maddy where amazing extremely helpful and patient while I picked my glasses!!! I will always come back if these ladies are working here!!!!!

Hayley is the only person in the store that was knowable enough to know what was wrong with my lenses. Dr. Garber had told me the measurements where not right. During the year when I came in to have my glasses checked, clerks did the fitting and said they will be ok. Hayley's the only reason I'm buying another pair, she took care of my first lenses and sold me sunglasses. I will be back and tell my friends to see Hayley at Pearl's.
Jamie is awesome! She is very knowledgeable! She is able to answer any questions that I could think of and is so sweet and understanding! Two thumbs up Jamie!
I was in last week and Jamie helped me pick out my glasses and was very friendly and it was an overall great experience.. Thanks to all the staff for the awesome customer service
Great experience from the eye exam to finding contacts that are actually comfortable!! Also found the perfect pair of sunglasses with the help of several of the eyewear specialists. Thanks ladies!
