I got my eye exam in December and have been trying for quite sometime to get Pearle Vision to send my contact prescription elsewhere so I can purchase more contact lenses. I have called and requested they send my scrip to the Walmart Vision Center three times. The first time they didn’t send it at all. The next two times, they sent it without a doctor’s signature so it couldn’t be filled. Have been a customer here since 2009. Always great optometrists and service for contact lenses, frames, and making things work perfectly! The staff even help me pick out glasses that look great on me when I am too picky to decide!
This store overcharged me for my glasses and lens and did not honor the discount that I should have received from my Insurance. According to my insurance I am supposed to receive a 30% discount on lens and frames from Pearle Vision. The discount was verbally acknowledged at the store, but not actually applied to my bill.
