I would give this less than a star if possible. I have reported Pearle Vision in Chaska to the Attorney General due to COVID-19 violations. After my exam (which by the way the ophthalmologist and his assistant were amazing and I would absolutely see them again if they weren't at Pearle Vision) a front of house staff member was showing me glasses. At one point she told me to lower my mask so that she could see the fit better, she was not six feet apart so I declined because oh I don't know...this little thing call COVID and w... read more

The people here are extremely customer oriented. I had a challenge with my order, in the end it turned out to be my fault, but they helped me the whole way to seeing better with my great new glasses. Thank You Very Much! I have no hesitations in recommending them to anyone.
Set up my exam online a full week out, received the email reminder about my exam & the day before my exam I received the cancellation email. Apparently the DR called in the day BEFORE the exam & they were unable to honer my appointment, fun times.
Dr. Sarah and her staff are knowledgeable, extremely helpful and very friendly. My experience here has been wonderful. I highly recommend.
I've got to give a shout out to Amanda Boerboom at Pearle Vision in Chaska. She is a delightful woman! I am on disability, trying to take an online college class so I can make more money, when my glasses broke. I presently don't have insurance for glasses, so contacted "Mary" from Love Inc and she contacted Amanda at Pearle Vision (Bless them both!). Before coming to work here, I did not have any optical experience. Thanks to Dr. Sarah and Amanda beleving in me, I have now worked here almost a year, and have loved every minute of it. I couldn't ask for a better couple of bosses. Of course I get my eyes examined here as well, and Dr. Sarah is great. I've also got a ton of compliments on my new glasses. I cannot wait to get more!
