one of the worst places I've ever dealt with to get contacts or glasses and I have had glasses / contacts for 32 years
the last pair took forever to get my clip on sunglasses for the pair I bought. this time I paid for photo grey and never got it . went in to prove it and they ordered new lenses , two weeks and new lenses show up . I went in to swap lenses and they grind a corner off ! Now I got to wait another two weeks for new lenses , and they are closing because of the Asian Flu !
Recommendedwe are a family of 6 that all 6 now wear glasses! we come to pearle vision in Red Wing which is over a 45 minute drive but you won't get the quality if eye exam at any other place! Dr. Antoinette is amazing and even came in on her day off to do our exams!! Amber is a rock star and knows all the answers and if she finds one she doesn't know she searches till she knows! Excellent staff! They werent bothered when I changed my mind about which glasses I wanted. And were very helpful finding something that suited me. Best and most informative exam I've ever had. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you for the good experience!
Was not made aware that my insurance didnt cover the cost of the exam until afterwards. Then was threatened to have the contacts I was wearing and given to me by the eye doc, removed because I couldnt pay today. Was asked 10 times if there was any way I could pay today in front of all the rest of the customers and employees. I had to explain 10 times that I could not and was never made aware that there would be a bill due because my insurance didnt cover everything. friendly fast easy can't ask for better service with a smile
Called to say I was stuck in road work. Was told it was no big deal. Arrived after driving from another town and the appointment was cancelled. Do NOT recommend to anyone!!!
Poked myself in the eye last night with a branch while mowing last night. Pearle Vision got me in right away this morning and got my eye checked and it was only a nasty scratch on the cornea. I am feeling much more relieved and have antibiotic drops and an appt tomorrow to follow up. Thank you so much for the care showed to me by the Red Wing office there!
when in today with my foster child who has been without glasses for a couple months they fixed her up and gave her new glasses right away Great service and great staff I highly recommend Pearle Vision
