Booked my appointment online in April. Have gotten two emails AND a postcard, asking me to confirm my appointment. The links in the emails weren't working, so I called the office and get told I have no appointment booked? Everything clearly says "please confirm your appointment" but I get told over the phone, "oh, you don't have an appointment, it's just a reminder to book one." uhm, no. My children and I have over three years serving us there and I love it, because they have the best customer service attentions an excellent doctor. Next time you need a pair of eyeglasses you should stop by their office.
Receiving what appears to be the run around for a refund. Pre-paid for services, circumstances changed, requested a refund as NO services were rendered, whatsoever, yet refund being withheld. Was told manager must authorize, yet no manager was on duty. However, the owner, Paul V. Hamel, was present in the store but did not assist or intercede in any way. While the sales assistants made efforts to contact the manager, no manager replied. Next step, our attorney.
Dr. He was amazing! Loved her! I’ve been going to another place for years with nothing really getting fixed or questions asked. My first time here and she was soooo great and thorough!
I only trust my eyes to Dr Cindy He. Every exam she is informative and professional. She answers all my questions before needing to ask. Dr Cindy He explained the entire process before and during examination. I’ll never go anywhere else. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Thank you Pearl Vision Peabody!
