Don't believe the other rave reviews as this is the worst place ever. After going here for two years they could not prescribe either contacts or glasses correctly. The last time, I got a pair of glasses but I COULD NOT see a darn thing out of them as everything was blurry (while driving to boot) and they made me dizzy and nauseous so had to take them off. I went back with them and was told it was the correct prescription. Really?? Also, my daughter had problems with the glasses that were prescribed to her - gave her head... read more
Spoke to the most incompetent employee the other day. I made an appt months ago (of course because of COVID, which is beyond their control). They called me to fit me into a cancellation & I told them I wouldn’t be able to make that appt, but instead of leaving my appt as is, they cancelled it. Of course I didn’t get a call the day of my appt, so I called them & of course they had no appt for me..... they asked if I wanted to reschedule! Ummm, hello! You cancelled my appt, not me. The Staff here are very Friendly & Take their time in answering any questions & nothing us left unturned..AWESOME.. Dr.Sexton is Perfect...She explains with a model about the eye & explains in a way that is understandable.. I Love This Place & would recommend it to Any One who is looking to take care of your eyes!!! 5 STARS...EASY!!!
