Very disappointed in the customer service. I’ve been a loyal customer for 3+ years and love the doctors, but had a very unpleasant experience yesterday with the receptionist (I think the lady was a shift manager or something). I’m 8 months pregnant and came here for my appointment. She told me when I was checking in that my annual wasn’t due yet until June. RecommendedDr Grote is amazing!!! My kids have been seeing her for years. And all of the other staff there are so nice, patient & helpful too.
Love this place and the people! I’ve been going there for 35yrs! Dr. Geiderman, Skip, and Jeff are all great people and the service and care is excellent!!!
