Very disappointed in the customer service. I’ve been a loyal customer for 3+ years and love the doctors, but had a very unpleasant experience yesterday with the receptionist (I think the lady was a shift manager or something). I’m 8 months pregnant and came here for my appointment. She told me when I was checking in that my annual wasn’t due yet until June.
