RecommendedI did a Walk-in and only waited about fifteen minutes after the paperwork was completed
Horrible customer service. Got my lenses wrong twice and tried to tell me that they didn't. My daughter's lenses came in scratched and instead of taking care of it when they came in, they called me to tell me they were ready and then held on to them the week until I could come in to pick up to tell me that they'll have to reorder the lenses. Will never go there again. Completely unreliable for glasses.
Best service ever been with them since I was 19 I'm now 29
