On January 25, 2022 we lost our beloved pet of 10 years. That morning we contacted Pearland Pet Health Center regarding care of our pet remains. We brought our pet in that morning and decided on cremation. After completing the necessary paperwork and payment of fees, the only other request I had was to receive our pets paw prints as a remembrance. Awful service. DO NOT GO HERE. Erica is completely unprofessional. My moms service dog was brought in (BY SOMEONE WHO STOLE HIM) and even after scanning and FINDING a microchip she still let this woman pay for services and take her dog home. My mom only found her dog by receiving an email of her dogs scan location. After calling up the vets office to get information on her dog my mom is told that the vet let the lady who stole him take him home and that my mom would need to pay her back for the charges.
