If I could give zero stars I would. The receptionist is rude and has the authority to turn away patients from care. They are unorganized and do not have the same data at the front desk as the nursing staff do, or on MyChart. They can't even reschedule an appointment for you, they would make you call the nurses line. Any time you need to reschedule with OB you have to call the main line, then you are transferred four times before getting to the right person. Apparently only your doctor's nurse is able to do that. Of all the Kelsey Seybold locations, this facility has the worst customer service and untrained front desk staff. It is evident that this conduct is not random; but the culture of the building.
