It's a shame zero stars is not possible. Beware of this practice. From the ridiculous "new patient" $260 fee to the incompetence of incorrect recommendations for carpal tunnel syndrome. Do not waste your time or money. Oh, and also, you will not find resolution in trying to contact the office either. Huge run around. Find a reputable specialist.

If I could give 0 stars I would. First, when the receptionist (Monica) called my wife to verify her insurance for her upcoming appointment the entire conversation took a dramatic turn with Monica being very rude and seemed like she doesn’t care for her job where she’s dealing with patients who are human just like they are and not giving any cares in the world about the type of service she gives out. Been dealing with headaches for months, and I do not have any medical issues. Waited a month to see the neurologist, at the recommendation of a doctor only for him to give me two samples and tell me try them both and pick one for migraines. I asked if either had side effects he said no...then I asked about the source of my pain he seemed to not care about finding the problem. I could have saved my money, and got a script from any random doctor.
Everyone here seems to hate their job. Specially the neurologist assistant she walked in to our room like she hated her job and and when we would ask questions she would roll her eyes. The receptionists that speak Spanish act like they don’t.if you hate your job so much that you have to give patients attitude then you should quit!🥰
