Staff was very friendly and welcoming, Dr Hinh was very professional, informative and easy to talk to, the offices were clean, and the procedure went way better than what I was anticipating. I was very nervous about getting the procedure done that I was sweating the whole time 🤣. Would I do it again if I had to, no, but I'm glad I went with Dr Hinh. The pain was probably a 3/10 if I'm being honest.
That office is like a well oiled machine. The front office is attentive, knowledgeable & friendly. I arrived 40 minutes early, but they had me in a room within 10 minutes. The nurse had me processed quickly & I only waited about 15 minutes for the doctor. Dr. Hinh is straight to the point, thorough, clear with his instruction & made me feel more at ease with my upcoming surgeries. One of the most professional medical offices I have ever visited.
