I Love HCA Emergency the staff is so Amazing every time I have visited the ER it didn’t take long to be seen the nurses and Doctors are concerned about your health the whole time and they make sure that they update periodically hardly no wait time.
My experience at this ER was extremely disappointing and stressful. I came in with serious medical concerns and was left waiting for hours without proper communication or care. Staff members showed very little compassion or urgency even though I was on the trauma floor and undergoing neuro testing. I was treated as if my situation didn’t matter, which made an already traumatic experience even harder. Patients deserve empathy, timely attention, and basic respect — none of which I received here.
