This is the nastiest ER I have ever been to. The staff are rude and it takes forever to be seen. My mother couldn't breath and the had her waiting almost 4 hours to be seen. How pittiful!!
I started seeing Dr. Torres here after my original physician moved out of state and was no longer able to treat me. He completely changed the medication I was on for depression which I had no problems with to a different class (I guess he received kickbacks from the pharmaceutical companies that dispense this) I asked about the change and was told very shortly it would work better and not to worry so I blindly agreed as he is the doctor and I am not... needless to say I was switched from Prozac to Cymbalta and the experience... read more
Staff at the Memorial Hermann Pearland MRI were extremely rude and unhelpful. Wouldn't go to Memorial Hermann if my life depended on it. Plenty of other hospitals and outpatient locations to waste my time with a place like this .
It's been 2 hours and still waiting on radiologist to read x-rays. Really....
This place is an absolute disgrace. I have no idea how they are even open. My pregnant wife went into the ER and was treated terribly. She went into the hospital throwing up and in severe abdominal pain. The staff that welcomed us into the hospital was very friendly as well as the person that brought her upstairs. Once upstairs it was all downhill from there. The upstairs staff in her immediate care were EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
