Vet tech made us feel uncomfortable the entire time. She commented harshly on our dogs undercoat and teeth, thinking our corgi had an issue with their coat (his undercoat is naturally dark). She asked us to set him on the table too early and this caused him a lot of anxiety as she took another 15 minutes to get all the shots ready. When it came time to administer the bordetella shot, our dog was jerking his head too much and it was hard to keep him still. The worst service today. Considering you MUST make an appointment, I waited 1 hour 15 minutes past my appointment time. Of course I showed up 15 minutes prior to my appointment time. No apologies, no one told us they were that far behind. It is just ridiculous and inconsiderate.
Great customer service and also helps the community as well.
You guys are amazing. Bill, the vetenarian technician, was the nicest, most knowledgeable and caring person we have ever encountered in a clinic- human or vet!
Positive experience for me and my 2 Labs. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great low cost prices. They were caring and loving towards my babies! No problem with communication via phone and email. Relaxing atmosphere in waiting room.
