Literally suck ssa at responding it’s impossible trying to inquire about a dental cleaning. Is 3 days for a response through email even worth it? They only schedule dental through email though but I needed something this month and soon. And they text to tell me to make an evaluation appointment when I already sent through email that my dog already had an exam recently and I sent it over, I texted back and no response after that. Thank you for taking care of my two dogs. The staff are nice and accommodating.
I took my recently-adopted cat to PARC to get a check-up, rabies shot and to check whether he’d been neutered. The care was excellent and they determined he’d already been neutered just by looking at his ear. Haley, the vet tech was especially helpful, knowledgeable and kind. PARC has my highest regard and recommendation.
