They don’t answer the phone and don’t even have a proper message before requesting you leave them a voicemail.
Tricare referred us to this place for counseling. The person they sent the referral for never returned calls or emails so I requested someone online through their process. I got a response asking what day/time worked for us and what was our address and my daughter’s date of birth.
