It felt severely overhyped. There were 3 staff members, none of which were really available to actually help people because they let in more people than they can handle. My group was sat at a table that was too small for us, and when we asked for another chair, we were told no. There was only one person actually making the jewelry, so it took a long time to get the jewelry at the end. They told us 30 minutes, but it definitely took an hour. I had a great Time , I would go back again , My daughter loved it for her birthday 🎂 and the jewelry designs were exquisite 👌 .
Prices are INSANE. The jewelry is 100% from a site like Alibaba or SHEIN. Not even sure if it’s steel.. they have a fee for everything and you will leave somehow spending over 200+ dollars on extremely cheap jewelry … not worth it in the slightest. The environment is also very lackluster. Whole experience is one big scam. Avoid!!!
