Experience at the facility was good, a little weird to find the correct entrance but everyone was kind. There were odd billing issues after but they were very proactive in trying to help me resolve after so I am pleased everything worked out.
Experience at the actual facility was fine. Numerous emails asking for reviews after were not. I unsubscribed and then got a letter in the mail asking for reviews. Then more emails asking for updates on my health. Stop. I emailed them and it seems to have stopped finally. I’m trying to pay my bill and there is no way to pay online and the billing department has an automated “we appreciate your patience and will be with you soon” every 15-20 seconds and then sent me to voicemail so I still can’t pay my bill and make them go a... read more
I had an amazing experience here. Every single one of the staff members were kind, professional, and gentle with me. The office was clean and very organized. I felt immediate relief upon meeting everyone and my procedure was explained thoroughly. I appreciated the fact that each staff member involved in my surgery came and went over the same information with me to double check and triple check that everything was correct. I cannot praise Dr. Rosenfield enough. He addressed issues that have been causing me severe to debilitating pain for years, and I can’t remember the last time I have been pain-free like I am now. All of the staff, nurses, and doctors at Oath were friendly, helpful, and overall fantastic. I would highly recommend Oath and Pearl Women’s Center to anyone, but especially to those suffering from endometriosis.
I loved that the medical office is directly next to the surgery center. Made things very easy for me. Doctor Rosenfield is very genuine, personable, kind and informative. I had an hysterectomy with unexpected scar tissue from my C-sections that had attached to my bladder. I am so thankful I was in such good hands.
