I want to know who the reception thinks she is she has a medical degree. To tell me I can't have my medication because my doctor isn't there is bs. I take a psychological medication to keep my schizophrenia in control. Because my doctor is not there that's my fault I can't have my medication. What type of joke of a practice is this. The actual care I received here (psychiatry and therapy) was excellent. However, I dealt with a complete nightmare trying to pay my bill afterward. My payment portal, to date, has not been updated with the actual amount I owe, nor a way to pay it. Meanwhile, collections agencies have been mailing me saying I owe a certain amount. Nightmare of an experience getting diagnosed with Addison’s disease. I saw multiple providers at CHCB in 2019 after losing a quarter of my weight within 1 month and a quarter of my blood, all at age 23, having to be hospitalized.
