Tripp left me with 32% of my sight left for a minor procedure I was railroaded into. Prior to the day of surgery I NEVER WORE GLASSES, now glasses pale in comparison to the disanility he gave me. He never listened to my cautions and the price I've paid is my sight. He is Gollum, he is a gasighting liar. I hope he is gone for good and never has the opportunity to blind or maim anyone ever again. :(

Dr. Tripp was the only opthalmologist who could figure out what was going on with my eyes. He has always been 100% accurate with diagnosis and prescription.

Saw Warren Tripp for flashes of light, and floaters in eye. Said "This happens all the time. Don't worry about it. It ought to get better soon. It's not a tear". He was very caviler. Found out later he should have referred me to a Retinal Specialist. My profile is prone to tears. Emergency surgery 2 days later to reattach. If he would have thought to refer me, I would have gone immediately to a specialist, and they could have done a laser in-office procedure to avoid the tear. Very negligent.

The front desk people are rude - and I don't mean just once. My daughter was in there for her annual eye appointment a couple weeks ago and came home saying how rude the front desk people are. Well today she went in to pick up her contacts and the same person was terribly rude to her again - so much so that when she got home she was crying about it. Also, it took 3 times longer than they said for the contacts to come in.

Not good. Doctor performed wrong service ordered by my PCP, resulting in wrong coded billing error, was difficult to understand due to indecipherable mumbling, no new patient form was offered, Responding to a FREE vision exam offered by my insurer, I was asked to pay $171 inspite of free offer plus my co-pay was ignored.

I was advised to arrive 15 minutes early. I then waited for another 15 minutes. I left as I have other things to do. I plan to go somewhere else.

I have no issues with doctor trip, but I do have issues with the office, specifically Ivy. She is rude and unhelpful. She always has an excuse blaming someone else if there is a problem.

I had a botched cataract surgery. Yes, this happens 1% of the time, but this was not handled honestly. I was not told that there was a problem the day of the surgery and had to find out days later when I could not see out of the eye. Needless to say my eye suffered terribly with a skyrocketed eye pressure and severe inflammation. I had no follow up after I was referred to other surgeons to repair my eye. Now a lifetime of opth expenses and eye problems. I would not recommend this doctor.
