Dr. Saad is a good dentist. As far as the staff and certain policies is unexceptable. On their website it clearly states 24-HOUR notice for cancelations. When you call the office and speak to Jessica she states it's 48 hours. When ask what other policies are there when their office is closed she says leave a msg. If a msg. is left and they claim they didn't receive it. Jessica informs me that they always get their msg and that they are perfect and she hangs up . Like I said the Dr. is great but the staff needs some work.
Pearl Smile did a wonderful job making me feel comfortable and relaxed. I failed to take care of my teeth and they provided everything I needed to correct all the problems I was having. I recommend that anyone who is scared to go to the dentist go to Pearl Smile! The doctor and the staff were amazing and I am forever grateful. There are several other dentists near my home but I will drive the 18 miles to have my needs met. Thank you Pearl Smile!
Dr. Saad is a very nice Dr. that I have referred all my friend to his Office.Very nice and helpful staff. A+ for Friendliness and comfort with quality of work
I recommend all my family members to Dr. Saad. He is a wonderful doctor and his staff is very friendly. I feel welcome, and I enjoy my visits every time i go .
