Had an appointment today arrived on time, asked if my insurance had been verified and it was not, I had booked this appointment 2 weeks and provided updated insurance information. I waited 50 minutes in the lobby, no updates were provided. I got up and asked, my insurance wasn't verified and the room wasn't ready. I asked for my appointment to be canceled.
