Tracy handled a very specific request regarding the procurement of my hearing aids with immediate action and cooperation. She was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. She made the entire experience a pleasant one. I would recommend her highly without reservation.
Tracy helped my dad. We went to 3 different audiologists that said his hearing aids needed to be replaced and that they could sell him new ones. Tracy repaired the old ones to their original condition. He regularly brings them in for cleaning and fine tuning which she does for a reasonable. We could not recommend her enough.
Tracy helped my mom when she was suffering from ear pain while here on holidays.. she also fixed her hearing aid there and then for us! Great service and really lovely lady... would definitely recommend. Thank you Tracy!!
