I was given a rate of $225/month, with the promise of adding electricity for a battery tender. I had to move the boat out of storage for 3 weeks while they added electricity, and was promised a credit for the inconvenience. I was never issued the credit, and they raised the price to $360/month after it was installed. The gate breaks every time it rains, and the gate at the front of the property remains open all day. There is no way to secure your property individually. Very poor experience, would not recommend.
Workers is very slow
To be honest probably the best storage unit in this entire area. I spent a good bit of time at my storage unit and a cop had came to us and what I discovered the police station overlooks the storage unit. What area would be safer for your belongings than that? Prices are fair. We've never had an issue.
