I've been looking for a great authentic Italian restaurant for weeks (since moving to nj). Someone suggested the pearl. Called and made reservations with the sweetest woman. The hospitality was truly the best from the moment we walked in. The food was absolutely delicious. Max took such good care of us, and we truly cannot wait to come back again.
The food was phenomenal!!! from the freshest oysters, the most delicious fresh mozzarella, the filet mignon melted like butter in your mouth, fresh Halibut that was just delicious!! Their home made desserts! and the owner Max is the most personable person I've ever met!! It was my birthday and he made me feel so special! I cant wait to go back! Thank you for such a memorable birthday!
