If I could give zero stars, I would. My bedroom has flooded multiple times due to a persistent ceiling leak that the landlord refuses to properly fix. Instead of addressing the root cause, they keep applying temporary patches, which obviously don’t work. This is beyond negligence at this point. The issue has been known for over a year, and despite repeated complaints, nothing has been done to actually fix it. Reliable and great staff to work with.
While I am not currently a tenant, I have been dealing with Pearl for the last few weeks working out a potential lease on a commercial space for my business. The deal ended up not being right for me but the people who I worked with throughout the process couldn't have been more helpful. I mainly dealt with Brittany. She was always quick to respond to my emails and very amenable to all of my needs and questions. Believe everything you read about Pearl Realty Management. They are non responsive criminals. They never replied back to any of my emails or maintenance request after someone broke into my unit, I haven't had power in half my unit the entire time I was there and it was freezing cold. They hassled me for my rent though. I finally decided to just break my lease after months of no one responding.
