1.8 RATING I dodged a bullet after an hearing and reading about Pearl Realty Management, but the 1.8 rating made me laugh!!!
I was considering renting at 81 prospect a few months ago, I live nearby. They manage this property, and lots of others in DUMBO. The people on the email were kind and responsive. But since then I’ve spoken to some current and previous renters at 81 prospect and many units are without proper heat and pearl realty is extremely negligent. They apparently do not care at all since the spaces are “as-is” and if any issues occur it’s the tenants problem. They’ve even told some that concrete is enough of an insulator…it’s almost 0 ... read more
