Maintenance here is 10/10!! Super responsive, friendly, and knowledgable. Raul in particular is a rockstar!!
I’ve lived in numerous apartments in different states this is the only one that charges a $658 fee to sublease your apartment which is over priced for what you get. They say 1 bedroom it’s so small basically a studio for almost $800 walls are bad floors are scrapped doors main door doesn’t seal properly they charge you to pay with card or make you go buy checks or money order to pay rent bugs in it when I first moved in still seen them throughout my lease all they care about is there money not there tenants worst place and m... read more
Very friendly service. Property grounds well maintained and nice clean units.
Wonderful experience. All the properties are very clean and beautiful. Robert was very helpful towards me and i would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new place.
