I’ve called many times about the leaking roof. At this point I can’t even keep anything plugged in near it. Anything that’s been wrong with the apartment, meaning, broken pipes, lightbulbs that don’t work or the floor leaking. I’ve always mentioned the leaking roof, but it’s never been fixed. It leaks every time it rains and there are electrical outlets directly underneath it. I wouldn’t say this apartment complex is the best in town until you actually lived here. I been with pearl apartments for almost 3 years I love the apartments. Always fast to fix issues and helpful with any Questions I ask. I have met Pearl a few times she is so sweet. Office staff is always helpful Sarahí, Robert. The maintenance workers are always very professional and helpful with questions. Fast at their job too . I highly recommend these apartments.
