Both Bob and I love Pearl Lifestyle Medicine. It’s a safe place to exercise with no worries.as each station of the circuit is perfectly calibrated for each individual’s level of ability at the moment. There is plenty of cardio equipment which makes that part of our fitness journey more interesting and beneficial. I came to Pearl Physical Therapy to prepare for my upcoming surgery.Alexa is my Physical Therapist. She is compassionate,patient and non-judgmental. She is a great listener and pays attention to details. Helps you do the exercises right! She also taught me to listen and pay attention to my body. I am feeling more confident and stronger and hope to continue upward. The staff is amazing as well. I am so thankful that I found my way to Pearl Physical Therapy. It has been a very super positive experience for me.
