Pearl Oyster Bar delivers some of New York City's finest seafood. Perfectly nestled in Greenwich Village, Pearl is close to the subway and in the center of the downtown action. The decor is simple and the room is tiny, but the food definitely makes up for these flaws. Sample some raw oysters at the raw bar, or try the lobster roll served in a hot dog bun. Former partner Mary Redding recently left to open the equally popular Mary's Fish Camp on West 4th Street.

The Best ( NOT one of ) Lobster Roll I ever had!!!! Started eating here since 1996 or 1997 . Love their Lobster roll the first taste !! Full of lumps of lobster tail ( not just claws meat like the other--- I believe the pearl gives the whole lobster meat , ) and unlike others, they DON't mix with lots of celery ( yeah ! lobster roll should be full of Lobster -- it is not celery roll 😏)and the bun-- oh --- melt my heart !!! Shoestring fries also delicious! ALL THESE YEARS, their Lobster roll remain the best

Let me start by saying Extra Primo Good. My Queen/ Fiancee incorperated within my 50th birthday celebration a restaurant she'd scouted as the best Lobster Roll location in NYC. Being the self proclaimed connoisseur that I am, the BAR was really high. After meeting a gentlemen that had to be an owner and explaining my predilection, he welcomed the challenge and assured me we'd be impressed.
