I absolutely adore this place. I tell every about it. I can't even begin to express how delightful everyone I have worked with here is. They take IMMACULATE care of every guest. The attention to detail and gentleness is so much higher than any other salon I've been to. They check in regular to see if you're being hurt or uncomfortable (and I never am! Even for hangnails! This used to be my regular nail salon that I would go to every 2 weeks. However about a year ago I had a young man that did my nails and he drilled my natural nail so thin that they broke and couldn't grow past the nail bed for the next 6 months. I was unable to get my nails done in that time while the healthy nail grew back out. Because the salon is close and I have had better experiences in the past I tried again today... Poor experience. I made an appointment with a specific technician, Phanna, in advance & upon my arrival, she advised that she was “busy” and couldn’t do my nails. Tell me, what is the purpose of an appointment?!?! I was pushed off to an older lady in booth #10. She did a poor job. She refused to provide me with her name, when asked she replied, “#10”. The work is excellent, and the shop and instruments are very clean. I never worry about contamination of any fungus. I take care of a lady who was having my regular visits with the podiatrist for her feet; since coming to Pearl Nail, her feet are in excellent shape and no longer needs to go to the podiatrist.
