Pearls and their owners are professional, friendly and talented. Their shop is beautifully decorated, clean. Every visit is a restful experience. My personal favorite is Mary!!!! She is lovely in every way!! I look forward to seeing her every month.
This place is not kind or welcoming. I parked outside and was looking to do a walk in. No more than 60 seconds of me being there some guy who I’m assuming is an owner or employee, immediately RAN over to my car and told me I could not park there. He did not ask if I was there for the salon, he just told me I had to go. I’m new to the area and already felt weird trying a new place, I will not be getting a services done here & I will not be recommending this to anyone else. Please work on your customer service.
I love coming here! My daughter loves getting her nails done with me and everyone is so nice and really good at what they do here! I’m going back again get my daughter and I a pedicure.
