Poor scheduling, inconsistent work and poor management. Unfortunately it’s hard to find a good quality, honest nail salon.
All the techs are good at their work and it’s rare to find a spot like this. My go to people are Vivi or Henry but if someone else does my nails bc they’re unavailable, I’m okay with that. They shape beautifully and don’t have wild hidden fees. The pricing is reasonable and the work is beautiful. Their design work is great, too! I do wish they had more selection of color but overall, I appreciate this place.
Completely destroyed my natural nails just for a regular gel manicure. Horrible. Will never ever go back here. One lady is good but the rest are horrible. Not worth it, go somewhere else
Cut me so bad I bled for 30 minutes. Then tried to blame me... I am 9 months pregnant and a frequent customer. I have recommended my staff and patients for years. I came in to get a mani/Pedi for the birth of my baby. The place was empty, middle of the day on a Thursday. The lady who was doing my pedicure seemed to be in a rush. She started cutting my cuticles on my right foot. Did my big toe and got to the 2nd toe and I winced. She put her hand over it, sprayed alcohol and shoved my foot in the water. Found a new salon and won’t be going elsewhere. Bibi is amazing! She gets the shape and color everytime
