I cannot say enough about how amazing Kim is at doing nails and designs. A couple of weeks ago, I went in for my wedding nails and left there so happy with exactly what I was looking for! Today she did my Italy-inspired nails for my honeymoon. I am so ready now. Kim thank you again for this gorgeous artwork!
Service here is absolutely atrocious. Sitting for one full hour while watching them cater to people that arrived after you is wild. The least you could do is acknowledge the customer and apologize for the long wait. I only came for a pedicure.
I called the day before to schedule a pedi and I had to wait 40 minutes before I was even touched and she only spent 15 minutes on me 💀
