This is my first time coming here. I had to get a set removed and get a manicure. I planned to get an acrylic set but after this experience, I will not be back. I dont think my nails are even strong enough to handle enhancements at this point.The nail tech was drill happy and completely destroyed my natural nails. There are visible drill marks, my nails bend everytime i touch something, even just to scratch my arm. I can not believe I paid for this service. I could have just ripped them off myself and had a similar result.
I went here with my grandma as walk in customers for the first time today and we did gel mani pedis and we got the volcano pedicures too with the scrub and the scents and IT WAS AMAZING. I’m so happy with the result and so is my grandmother. They gave amazing leg/foot/ massages and scrubs and great hand massages too. This establishment does good nails but doesn’t care about your personal time.. almost an hour late for a scheduled appointment is unacceptable !! They overbook continuously just to make money .. I used to go to this salon and stopped because of this same reason .. never again !!
