5-star pedi, 1-star business practices. While the pedicure I received was well done, I was upcharged for the deluxe pedi despite having said clearly that I only wanted the basic. I know that I said it clearly because this same thing happened the other time I went there. My daughter and I asked clearly for basic pedis, which are $35 each. She got gel, which is always a few dollars more. We were charged $50 each. This is absolutely the last time I will go here to get my nails done. There are so many bumps on my nails, there's even pink left over from the last time they were done. All my nail tech was even worried about was talking with other staff. (Dont go to chair #7)

THE BEST EXPERIENCE!!!! Everything was perfect, the nail shaping is phenomenal, and my artist was so intentional with the polish even during the top coat. I cannot stress enough how particular I am with my nails and I have never been so satisfied after getting my nails done. COME HERE

I went to get a service and it was really bad. I paid $110 for acrylic nails and the application was very unpleasant. I had to undo it because my hands hurt so much.

Let me just say, it’s really hard to find a nail technician who truly listens and pays attention to every detail. Tim always does my nails perfectly.. the shape, the technique, everything is just right! Unlike other salons I’ve been to, he never makes them too thick or uneven; he gets it perfect every single time. He’s kind, friendly, and never overcharges, which makes the whole experience even better.
