Lady owner (Lena) has no personality, can be very rude and if you make an appt and you are late or cancel she is hateful about it. Even if it is something out of your control like a sick kid or had to work late, I do not recommend this family owned business! Plenty of nail salons in the area that will gladly accept nails and pedicures! It’s not fancy but my tech did a great job on my pedicure. Much better job than higher priced salons that I have been to in Midlothian. Prices are reasonable and the salon is clean.

Terrible, terrible customer service. The woman running the store is so disrespectful, confrontational, and very short fused. Don’t know how to keep a customer. They just lost a loyal customer.

I am new to Midlothian and decided to try this location upon reading the online reviews. It did not disappoint. Wonderful friendly staff, family owned, clean environment, no wait time and best service spa pedicure rendered by Henry. I enjoyed it so much I decided to get a manicure too. I’ll definitely be back.
