I've gone here off and on for years. It's always just fine. Went on Saturday for a fill french manicure, nails looked good but started chipping the next day. Came in on Tuesday and explained and just asked for a color change. The lady says she understands and half way thru my nails mentions it'll cost me 43 dollars. Absolutely absurd. I don't mind paying for a color change and tipping for her time, but 43 dollars to remove and repaint only 3 days after is insane.
I’ve been going to Pearl for years and I highly recommend it. The employees are friendly and good at their craft. I see a lot of the same clients there when I go so I know I’m not the only loyal customer.
Buyer beware. This spa changes the prices each time. My total was $152 and I was confused because I received a gel builder manicure (after they convinced me to get it, instead of regular gel) and a #4 pedicure on their menu which is listed for $50. I questioned the total. Apparently my gel manicure was 80 DOLLARS and my gel pedicure was 72 DOLLARS. But they said the next time I come in it would be 65 DOLLARS for a gel builder manicure. Lame! They do the best gel nails & designs!! Perfect shape, and they stay on forever!
My daughter and I decided to try this place because it was convenient after our class. Unfortunately the experience was not good. It started when they didnt have not one but 2 of the colors I wanted in stock. They gave me the nail color chips again and I said maybe I should go see what you actually have before I pick another one that maybe isnt there? Then the water was really hot.
