I asked for a simple regular manicure, they don’t give me lotion, cuticle oil, or a hot towel which is customary for a regular manicure and continued to charge $25.

I have gone to Christine on 2 other occasions and was satisfied. However yesterday she did not give me service I asked for and charged me more than she usually does. She appeared a little rude and short with me. I don’t why when you go to these places they charge different every time for the same service. It is my birthday and I have an event. I am not happy with this service.
They always do a wonderful job
I’ve been going to Pearl nail and spas for about five years now I’m highly satisfied with them and I will go nowhere else
