I really wanted to like this place because it’s close to work and on my way home. Anyway I called and scheduled an appointment but was late so they took another guest, which was fine. But they didn’t tell me that when I came in. They said oh go ahead take a seat there let me start the water for your pedicure. I have been coming here for years with my daughter and even give out gift cards to this place -as I like supporting local, small businesses. However, today was really disappointing, and I am not coming back here with my daughter. The quality of service, staff and wait times have significantly declined in the past year. I don’t even think they remembered that I had made an appointment. There was barely any apology or reason giving for their lateness. Time to find a new place after many years.
