Went to this nail salon yesterday afternoon to get a shellac pedicure. Rude lady with no manners or politeness cut my toe, which may lead to a toe infection Unhygienic, and rude women. Unprofessional staff. Will never waste a cent here or my time. they also keep changing their prices and mis inform customers. While is against consumer law. DO NOT VISIT THIS SALON!!!!

My first visit here, ive always seen them busy so decided to try them out. I Got my acrylics removed(done at different salon) and got shellac with french tips. The nails initially looked fine but she overbuffed my naturals nails so much that my real nail it bending and soft. I should have said something then as i had a mild burning sensation when my nail went under the uv light during the service. Mind you my original nails were actually very strong. First visit to this salon and I can say it will definitely be the last. Paid $40 for a pedicure for my boyfriend. The lady did it in 12-15 minutes and said it’s done. Hardly any scrubbing. It was mostly soaking and a bit of scrub, lotion and wiping with towel and done. Nails cut really quick. I was shocked but refrained from saying anything. I have gone to so many salons at Westfield and other places. This was by far the worst!!!
