If I get an option I would rate lessthan what I did. When doing waxing they treat the person as an object and just pull out the hair to get their job done without caring for the persons skin. Ridiculous serve and they argue saying I need to pay full money because I’m getting pain and it’s not their fault or problem.
Poor customer service and really rude staff. Wouldn’t recommend.
The rare times I’ve been here, every appointment has felt rushed, with little to no customer service. Cleanliness is also a major concern. The salon floor is often messy, equipment and seating are not wiped down between customers, and tools such as nail files and electric drill bits are used from one client to the next without being properly cleaned. I had just had the most perfect infills and one repair done by Jan in 25 minutes. Unheard of!!
I did my manicure and pedicure with ChiChi she was really gentle and kind. I really love her service, next time I’m surely gonna book with her
