Don't waist your money and your time to going to this nail shop, this week I went here for pedicure,They only cut the foots nails and a little bit very slow scrab and Finish. Thats it'.... My feet skin no change even a little bit after that.
Not a good salon experience and not overly impressed with the end result. Doesn’t look like a professional did my nails.
Pretty disappointed! I had to wait over 40 mins to get started on, which was really frustrating.Then I got charged $15 extra for “long nails” even though my nails are just a normal length — nothing extreme at all. When I asked why im being charged the extra for long nails the staff were just ignoring me which was so unprofessional, rude and unfair. Will never go back there and I suggest you don’t either!
Worst worst experience ever. Asked for manicure pedicure and nails but stared doing my nails before manicure started putting nails on my hands. Pedicure was nothing, did not do anything properly. And the nails while drilling my nails hit my cuticle and I was hurt when I said didn’t even acknowledge it. And the staff just wanted to get it done but nothing. I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE HEALTH AND HYGIENE DEPARTMENT REGARDING THE CLEANLINESS OF THIS SALON. First of all, the staff member’s attitude was rude and unprofessional. Secondly, my nails are completely uneven and poorly done. Each nail looks different from the other, and the overall shape is messy and unacceptable. one of the nail was broken When I asked her to change it, she refused and tried to convince me that the nail was not broken instead of correcting her mistake.
