The worst nail experience I’ve ever had. If I could give a 0 I would. I was getting gel infills when the lady lost control of the machine when filing and completely cut me. There was a panic but colleagues pretended nothing even happened. There wasn’t an apology till the very end and the lady still expected me to pay full price.. it was such a bad experience.
In my experience, this nail salon is excellent. I felt comfortable and very satisfied. Thank you to the staff for listening to me and understanding what I wanted.
First of all, I explained to the nail technician via text the exact service I wanted, because apparently English is not spoken very well. I clearly asked for my natural nails to be painted with a chrome effect. The result was absolutely unacceptable. My nails were left extremely thick, looking absurdly unnatural. I will attach photos so people can see for themselves. When you put your nails under the UV lamp, it should not hurt.
