I have been going to Pearl nail spa for 20 plus years. I can't say enough about Ada who manages the spa and all the other women who work there. They are friendly, accommodating, and make you feel good.
1 tech is very good but she wasn’t there and over all the customer service is poor. I made an appt and waited over 40 minutes which would have been acceptable but it was to remove gel. The time waiting should have been spent soaking nails. Although busy, 2 were in the back speaking amongst themselves. I left and was treated better after a 10 minute drive to another one. I had a great experience here! I’m anemic and got extremely lightheaded to the point i thought I was going to pass out and I quickly explained that to my nail tech and she ran and got me a water and was so kind. She also did an excellent job on my nails, I will definitely be coming back!
The ladies here always do a great job. I came in today for a Halloween mani with an inspo photo for reference and Bina brought my idea to life. I’m very happy with how my nails came out. I’m looking forward to coming back for another service!
