They pass you off to another person so now you have to tip twice . And if you don’t they’ll let you know about it and try to embarrass you in front of everyone . The lady in front with glasses first chair .
I'd like to give them zero stars, but it's not possible. They're the worst in the business. They ruined one of my nails, even staining it because water was seeping in. I came five days ago, and I explained the situation. What they did was put acrylic on top without removing the old acrylic. I paid them to ruin my nail, because they lift after 5 days. Now I'm back again, and all they did was put glue on it instead of at least showing respect and taking responsibility for what they did and fixing the problem. They're irrespons... read more
