My husband and I have lived here for two years. (I'm sure they'll delete this review) 1. Paper thin walls and very noisy neighbors. 2. There was a roach problem that we had to take care of ourselves. 3. Maintenance tries to fast talk you. Convince you that something is not broken, when it actually is broken. 4. HIDDEN FEES... I just picked up the keys to my new apartment at Pearl Marketplace and I couldn't be more excited! Skylar is quite possibly the nicest person in the city of Houston, and she made the entire process an absolute breeze. The apartment and the community are beautiful, and I'm greatly looking forward to my time here.
Pearl Marketplace at Midtown (PMP-MT) was a godsend! Last September, a monumental life change was unexpectedly thrust upon me, and I needed to regroup. I moved on, but not out. My home state, IL, specifically the Chicagoland area, is a tough act to follow, but so far, Houston, TX, you’re alright! My sister moved here 20 years ago after life threw her a few “potshots,” but she has thrived ever since!
