Purchased a $145 Jacket 1/26/25. Shipped 1/29. It’s now 1/8 and no jacket. When you call customer service they take no accountability for having chosen the cheapest shipping option and claim they cannot help you get the package languishing in the shipping company’s warehouse. The shipping company “customer service” is a bot that just repeats what’s on the online tracking. No human beings. Customer Service is the worst in the business. Emails and voicemails won't get responses. My order took over 3 weeks to get filled and only because I called and stayed on hold for 30 minutes to get a resolution. Initial package arrived 10 days after ordering and I was promised expedited shipping that never happened. It was incomplete; 1 item became not in stock even though it was in stock when I initially placed the order over a week prior. Tried to call the number listed on the website and every option that you choose under the consumer part of the phone tree hangs up on you. Pretty funny considering the "your call is VERY important to us" recording.
I purchased the PRO cycling shorts... And now they are made in China.. And you could tell the difference of poor quality cycling shorts. I cycle between 40-70 miles.. I need good quality shorts..please take care of your product and no cheap labor (Uighurs labor)....
