After several months of trying to get an appointment which was blamed on administrative issues. I finally got an appointment, to which I a referral for botox was sent over when I made the appointment I was adamant about myself having to drive over an hour and when I had to return to work - I was quoted no longer than an hour. I've been a patient of Dr. B's since I was active duty in 2017 and I've chosen to continue seeing her on my own since getting out (military sent me there first). Yes, if you have an appointment just expect to spend the entire day there. With that being said I still put her at five stars for two reasons. First, she will not rush the time she spends with you. She's literally spent two hours looking over imaging with me and explaining what she seeing, then asks more questions, then looks more closely at the imaging. She will sp... read more

We had a 1:00 pm appointment today and waited 2 hours without even seeing anybody. I finally asked what was going on and was told by a very rude office staff “Juliana” (PA maybe) that there is always a long wait. The doctor overheard and seemed very nice and apologetic. She even joked about “Juliana” being scary. The whole situation just seemed unprofessional. We waited another 30 minutes without a single word and then we had to leave. This place is horrible. My wife had an appointment scheduled for December after initially scheduling in October and told that was the first available. The Friday before her Monday appointment the office called and had to reschedule because the doctor had dental work done. It’s been 2 months and after several no call backs and messages taken we’ve finally gave up and had Tricare change her referral. If you’re military stay away from this place.
