I’ve been seeing Dr. Hwang for some years now at Kaiser Permanente and each time she has showed great concern for my well-being a great listener to my questions and thoroughly answer them with great professionalism, kindness, and friendliness. I never felt rushed with her. I always got the impression she actually cared. Her attentive way of listening and her fantastic advice served me well throughout the years. When I don’t feel comfortable, I move on and find a better doctor, but she’s a keeper. 😊
