Doctor was great but office seemed very understaffed. Busy office with only one person working the desk while there was an unmotivated looking older female way back in the office staring at the computer. If I felt frantic in there I can't imagine what the young lady was feeling. I would never run my business this way!!

The staff and Dr. Almouradi are on the ball! I called on Saturday to make an appointment and was able to be scheduled the very next day. The nice, efficient, and competent crew had me waiting less than 5 minutes (even though I was 10 minutes late due to the Sunday crowd parking circus) after filling out the new patient form to begin my eye exam for contact lenses. The whole visit was less than 15 minutes and walked out wearing a new set of multi focal Biofinity contacts. A very pleasant appointment. Thank you Pearl Optometry... read more
